Project Runway! Yay!

Laurel and I got back together. Unfortunately, I brought along my completed sock and my two sheepy tape measures. Lynette bought me the black one in thanks for helping her and Monica get their new blog up and running. Well, to make a long story short, the sheep got into the wine, and, well…


Who knew that first socks knit from Lorna’s Laces Swirl DK liked german wine so much? And what are those sheep up to?

After a night of debauchery and god only knows what, I woke up to this sight:

I don’t know what they were doing, and I don’t want to know.

In knitting news, I’ve been working on my Queen Anne’s Lace from Alice Starmore’s Stillwater. I’m about to start putting in the arm steeks. I should take a picture one of these days.

    Thanks for all your help with the new blog!! Your tape measures were doing some kind of weird bondage thing. I hope they practiced safe s*x and you don’t wake up to little baby sheep tape measures.

    I thought only cats did that to tape measures (and yarn!) I also think I detect a faint odor of chocolate on the sheep’s breath? Tell those fuzzy varmints to behave.

    German wine and Swiss chocolate will get sheep into trouble every time!

    I am so hoping that you untangled the sheep, and that they lived through the experience. They were so cute when they first met.

    I, too, am absolutely loving the new season. Where do they find these characters? I think they should develop a new reality show: Knitters with needles….
